Furnished double room in large, non-smoking house close to the centre of Chesterfield. Whilst not en-suite, it is immediately adjacent to the large family bathroom (pictured) and the other householders have their own bathrooms.

All bills and council tax are included - along with a weekly professional clean of the common areas. We also provide household basics (no one wants 3 bottles of washing-up liquid in the cupboard).

The kitchen is well equipped with a wide array of pots and pans, a 5 burner range cooker with double oven. As such, we best suit people who don't have a lot of household "stuff".

The house has all mod cons - including superfast mesh wifi and Sonos music system. There is also a very nice terraced outside area which is a very welcoming social space. There is a well-equipped home gym in the basement with dumbells, bench press, and TRX ropes - though this also can function as a laundry. We also have a piano.

The drive has space for 2 cars - but we already have 2 cars in the house so some on-street parking will be necessary. There is also an Type 2 EV charging point for electric cars.

In addition to the owner occupiers there is a friendly and chilled husky that shares the house (pictured). Don't worry about looking after the dog - she doesn't generally go in to any bedrooms and we don't expect you to look after her in any way. She is a very quiet dog and never does the potentially annoying things like bark at the door or visitors.

The house is over 2,000 sq/ft across 4 floors - so even outside your room there is always a spot you can be on your own.

We're looking for a friendly person to share the house with - not just occupy a room.
