I have a room to rent to a lodger in my home in Clay Cross. I am a 22 year old healthcare student with two cats- when I'm not at university or at work I love to be out exploring, I have a great interest in music and film and often get out on my bike enjoying the lovely scenery in the Peak District!
The house itself is a 2 bed terraced property with a decent sized kitchen, living room and small patio garden area. Parking is on street but there is usually space outside of the house.
I'm looking for someone who is respectful of the shared space and enjoys a quiet life as the house is generally quite peaceful! As I am a student council tax is not currently paid on the property, so therefore this room may be better suited to another student. However, if non-students wish to discuss the room I'm more than happy to- you would be eligible to pay the council tax on top of your monthly rent of £425, but the council tax would be discounted by 25% as you would be eligible for the single person discount (this property is Band A, so would work out at around £115-£120 per month on top of your rent.)
