Single en-suite room to let in Clay Cross

I have a single room to let in a 2 bedroom semi-detached house, on the bus route to Matlock, and a 15 minute walk into the town.

This is a quiet home I share with a dog, who will have to approve you :) I am happy to consider pets, although not another dog as mine is very territorial. He can be anxious with loud noises, so a person who enjoys a quiet life would be best suited.

There are two reception rooms, kitchen, utility room, conservatory, outbuildings, and a large garden, surrounded by fields. I am currently renovating the kitchen/ utility space, so while this work goes on, I am happy to accept a reduced rent of £400pm until complete.
