Spare double room to rent

I have a spare room to rent out in my house, I live in clowne, which has good access to surrounding cities (Sheffield, chesterfield, Worksop) about 15-30 minutes away. Local superstores, leisure centre and all your essential less than 5 mins away. The house comes with off road parking a garden, large kitchen, living room, shared bathroom. . I am polite, tidy and professional, i work for the ambulance service full time, shift work, so often won’t be in the house much.
