spare room for rent.
its an atic bedroom, very big, can use one side as a bed room and the other as a livingroom, your choice. The room has 2 built in wardrobes, and 2 double plugs sockets.

comes with rear off street parking, there is a garden, but im not a gardener so its a little over grow lol.

my son lives here at the weekends, so i will be looking for some one that isnt bothered about kids in the house and will bare it in mind that i child lives i the house.

im a very quite person and keep myself to myself. not looking for some one that has house party's or loads of people over, its not my thing and i dont feel comfortably with it in my house.

looking for some one that keeps them self to them self, repects the fact there will be a child in the house and will repect my things and home, also some one who is clean and i mean clean.
