Family home in the village of Codnor with good links to Derby, Nottingham and the M1. All rooms are to a very good standard fully furnished including bedding and towels, there is also a TV and the rooms are cleaned weekly which is inclued in the price. The single room has its own shower. There is a moden bathroom with bath and large shower.
There is some off street parking as well as a large well keepet garden.
We are looking for anyone who can enjoy living with a small dog aswell as a mother and son
