Great kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 hobs, 2 fridges, 2 freezers and plenty of cupboard space. We provide everything, right down to the cutlery and even the wine glasses so you can enjoy a relaxing glass after work.

There is on street parking via permit so it is usually easy to get a space.

We take pride in providing the very best possible facilities and trying to look after our tenants. There are no agents and no fees and if there is ever a problem you can contact me anytime and it will be resolved immediately.

All bills are included within the rent, including 200MBS Wi-Fi and TV licence. We provide a cleaner for the communal areas.

We are professional Landlords and hold an HMO licence from Derby City Council. There are no fees to pay and we try to be as flexible as possible with our tenants.
