Location and Transport:

The house is located in Derby on Peet Street which is a FANTASTIC location and EXTREMELY CLOSE to the City Centre. There is a bus stop a short walk away that will take you into the City Centre within 5 minutes. You can walk into the City within around 10-15 minutes.

The property is detached and is in a quiet and pleasant place with beautiful surroundings. There are plenty of green spaces and local shops nearby. Derby City being so close has what every big city has to offer, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, companies and businesses, hospitals, the list goes on. We are in a perfect location for Derby hospital workers.

The House and Room:

The House has a large communal kitchen/dining/living area which contains all mod cons including 2 fridge freezers, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2x ovens with 8 rings in total. Table and chairs with a lounge area with flatscreen TV and plenty of space for everyone. Freeview HD is available in the communal area as well as the FASTEST BROADBAND we can get!

There is plenty of parking with 3 spaces available on the drive way, also space on the street in front of the property with no restrictions.
The property itself has a large private rear outside paved and gravelled garden and sitting area to sit outside in the summer months.

The room is a GREAT DOUBLE EN SUITE that comes with a double bed, orthopedic mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, set of drawers, desk and a free-view tv point and TV provided.
The room comes with an en suite bathroom which is newly fitted with a brand new shower, vanity unit and toilet all to a high standard.

Rate:

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the price so you only pay one amount. This includes all utilities (gas, electric & water), council tax, unlimited access to high speed broadband (wifi) and TV licence. There is also a CLEANER that will clean all the communal areas once every 2 weeks - possibly your en suites should you decide you want this.

Housemates:

This is a professional house share so we can therefore only consider working professionals.
We are looking for similar like-minded house mates.
