Looking For Someone To Rent My Room

I’m currently living in the second double room in a ground floor flat (with garden) but I’m having to move out due to buying a property with my parents next year so need to save some money! I’m able to move out at any point as I’m moving straight back home but have a deadline of 31st January if possible.

Please feel free to contact me and arrange a visit with myself or Gaia to when suits you - I’m a teacher, so drop me a watsapp and I’ll get back to you as I can’t answer whilst teaching in the day.
The rent is £305 plus bills (bills coming to around £150 max per month) - I have all the log ins for the bills and will pass on to my flatmate. I would also need my half of the deposit back which is £387.50 (half of £775), which is what we paid each when moving into the flat.

The room is spacious, bright and along with the rest of the flat, very homely! The wooden furniture is included but I bought the white chest of drawers and the bed, so if you’d like them I’m happy to sell them for £80 cash :)

The other bedroom has an en-suite so the main bathroom is basically your own en-suite, just with a 10 second walk down the corridor!

My flatmate is so lovely and I’ll be sad to have to leave her. She’s 20, works for Sky (so we get free sky in the living room) and a pleasure to live with!

She does have a little cat called Desi, so it is a must that you like/tolerate cats - she’s clean and very friendly though.

The flats are gated, and if you drive I have a fob to open the gates that you can have.
