Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Derby.

There is only one bedroom with a double bed due to the other one used as an office and the other a dressing room however furniture can be removed if required for long term stays to have 3 bedroom property. The master bedroom has an en suite with shower and the family bathroom has a bath.

The living room is very cosy and homely, with Sky TV with on demand, Netflix and an Amazon Fire Stick which can be used by guests.

The master bedroom also has Sky TV with on demand and Netflix, perfect for lazy mornings in bed!

There is a dining room within the kitchen and downstairs toilet off the kitchen.

Outside there is a decking area which has sun on it all day and artificial grass.

Very close to major transport links, East Midlands and Birmingham airport.

The Derbyshire Dales, Matlock and other lovely places to visit such as Bakewell are also within an hours drive.

On the door step is Elvaston Castle and a short drive will get you to numerous National Trust parks.

Derby is a 10 minute drive and a 20/25 minute drive will get you to Nottingham city centre.

Rolls-Royce and Bombardier are also within a 5 minute drive for those who visit for work so ideal for a Monday-Friday let.

Donnington Park is a 15 minute drive away.
