3 Double Rooms for Rent in Large Detached New Hous

Hi,
I have 3 double bedrooms available for rent in a large 5 Bedroom detached new build house on a quiet cul-de-sac location in Boulton Moor.

One room is larger than the other two which is obviously reflected in the price the larger room which has a king size bed, the others have a double. I’m open to tenants bringing their own bed and/or furniture. The furniture shown will potentially change slightly and if you choose a furnished all rooms will come with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Although in the photo’s there are no blinds, obviously all rooms will come with blinds.

Upstairs there is a shared bathroom which includes a separate shower and bath.

There is a large sitting room with large screen TV which is great for watching movies and sport, there is Sky Q and fast broadband. There is also a snug room with a sofa and a TV in case you want to chill out separately.

I have a large kitchen with large dining table which seats 6 which would be great for meals and chats over, I do enjoy cooking so you may even get treated to a curry or two. It’s also suitable for working from home although I may look to get a small desk in a spare room.

Has usual facilities like dishwasher, coffee machine, downstairs loo.

I’m in the process of getting the garden landscaped which will contain a large patio area, great for BBQ’s and coffee at the weekend mornings. Once the garden has been landscaped there will be space in the garage for a Gym with quite a lot of equipment such as squat rack, bench press and dumbbells.

I have a cleaner that comes weekly and will clean the communal areas and will vacuum the rooms.

My ex and I have a little dog so on occasion he will stop at the house, probably at weekend but I don’t imagine it will be very often.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept couples, I believe I have priced the rooms competitively for the standard of the rooms and the facilities. All bills are included including internet, Sky TV. The house has off road parking which is covered by CCTV. It’s in a great location in between Alvaston and Chellaston, the road links are perfect for commuters with ability to get on A50, M1 and short trip up Raynesway to A52.

A bit about me, I’m not sure if I can be counted as a young professional anymore at 32, but I have worked for large businesses both in the UK and abroad. I’m fairly laidback character but am very house proud and would ask that tenants to be clean and respectful to myself and other the house members. That being said I do enjoy a beer, a game of Fifa, Gran Turismo or watching footie and F1. I’d be open to a cheeky pint at the local pubs or grab some food/take always. I enjoy keeping fit, socialising, technology, cooking and motorsport.

I’m looking for professional individuals of any culture, background, race, religion or orientation as mentioned as long as they are comfortable with dogs and respectful, then we will get on.
