The property has been sympathetically refurbished and redecorated throughout to maintain its period features and is exceptionally well presented.
There is a lounge with big corner sofa and large kitchen diner a shower room with WC and basin and a bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. All bills and Virgin Wi-fi are included.
The house is on Sudbury Street which offers plenty of free on street parking, it's off Uttoxeter New Road, half way between the Rowditch and the City centre, ideal if you work in the City or the Royal Derby Hospital.
Please note that we are interested in people who are in full time work with a permanent contract and who can offer a guarantor.

Andy, the landlord, was brilliant throughout. He was quick to sort out any issues, whether it was a clogged toilet, cracks showing up in the bathroom shower, or even burnt-out LED lights in the kitchen. He was always approachable and efficient—every interaction was pleasant and professional.
The housemates. Andy clearly knows how to pick them—I got along great with mine, and it made all the difference. No horror stories of any housemates from hell.
Would absolutely stay at another of Andy's properties, Great landlord and great house.
