I’m a live in landlord. Non Smoker.
Quiet area.
I have a lovely large sized double room available in my home ( a two /three bedroom semi detached). Looking for someone to share with me 12 month term or less . ( negotiable)..
There is plenty of space in there very large room . It’s 2 rooms into one .
One half is the bed....and the other half is used as dressing area . Parking is available on the opposite side of the road. I have a beautiful small garden with a seating decking area , it’s beautiful to sit out there in the warmer weather.
The road is fairly quiet, within walking distance to the town centre, 15…20 minutes , there is also a bus service a few yards up the road to the town centre , and the local Royal hospital.


There is a shared bathroom, no bath, beautiful enclosed shower . There are two separate rooms downstairs with a tv. All bills are included. . Non smokers. .
MUST BE CLEAN and tidy and respectful of the room and house at all times . . Be trustworthy .
