Unfortunately, we don't yet have photos of the room becoming available but the pictures advertised are rooms within the property to give you an idea :) All double en-suite rooms are bright, airy and fully fitted with double beds, comfy mattresses, solid wardrobes, drawers and a bedside table.

There is also a lovely separate lounge to enjoy in the evenings or on days off, as well as a fully fitted kitchen.

THE EXTRA BITS YOU NEED TO KNOW..

In order to make this as low cost and hassle free as possible, we only require a £90 holding deposit to secure your room (this goes towards your first months rent). All Bills included (except the electricity usage in your room)

Thereafter, we only require a security deposit of £100 if you have a guarantor or £250 if you do not - payable before you move in. Affordable & convenient!

Your first month’s rent payment is then made at the point you move in.
