We have a room available in our house not far for Derby centre. We are 2 males, both Rolls-Royce engineers. It is a 4 bedroom house, but only max 3 people (to be 2 as one of us is leaving) live here so always have a spare room.

We are on a rolling contract with our agent and one of our housemates is moving away so need to fill the room.

We would like someone clean, considerate and sociable. Ideally someone working as a professional in the Derby area. Male or Female (the housemate moving out was female).

It's a nice house with lots of room. The rent is reasonable and inclusive of all bills. Room available around mid November, date TBC.

Non- smokers, no pets, street parking. We also have a spare room we use for storing additional things etc.

Note - we do not want rooms is a big houseshare. We will share with a maximum of 1 other person.

The agent will likely require references etc.
