Double room near city centre

I am looking for a new housemate to move into the Double room. It has a walk in wardrobe & a desk & chair is available if needed. Shared kitchen diner, living room & bathroom. Small garden, Washing machine & broadband. All Bills included. I would like you to do your share of keeping the shared spaces clean & tidy. There is locked private parking at the back of the house or on street parking to the front. Centrally located with a short walk to the city centre and train station, giving easy access to all areas in Derby, and surroundings.

I work away from home & travel quite a bit but I when I am home I do like to be social & will have friends over for food & conversation. But I also enjoy doing nothing big & just spend quiet time at home. I am very easy going, friendly & approachable.
