Student Accommodation In Derby, In The Croft!

Replacement tenant needed ASAP, as I am no longer going to study in Derby. Room is a Large Classic En-suite for £139 per week, for 51 weeks. Prices for these rooms fluctuate and are right now £159 per week, however replacing me would mean only paying £139. The room is room DTC-7-A22-2. Comes with an en-suite, large desk, 3/4 bed, and plenty storage space. Accommodation building is called ‘The Croft’. You can check on The Crofts website for more information about the room if needed.
