We have two double en-suite bedrooms available in this shared home, both designed with Scandinavian-inspired interiors. The house features a kitchen space and dining area, complete with a shared TV. Additionally, there is a shared garden and a bike shelter/shed for your convenience.

The location of the house is ideal, as it is within walking distance to Derby Royal Hospital and the City Centre. There are also good bus routes along this road and nearby.

Each bedroom is fully furnished with a small double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a chest of three drawers, and two stunning bedside pendant lights. Furthermore, there is an aerial in each room, allowing you to set up your own TV if desired.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dining table and pendant light, as well as a microwave, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, gas hob, cups, glasses, tableware, cutlery, utensils, tea towels, and oven gloves.
