Hi, my name is Greg. If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable and well-maintained place to call home, you've found the right house! I’ve been successfully renting out rooms as a live in landlord for around seven years, and I've recently renovated all the bedrooms and common areas to create an even better place to live.

The house is centrally located in the DE1 postcode, it’s on the edge of the city centre, just around the corner from Aldi, and on the bus route to the hospital. It is a large house has a fully equipped kitchen / communal area with a washing machine, tumble dryer and front and back gardens. The rent includes high-speed Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, water, council tax, and routine cleaning of the communal areas. On-street parking is available through a council permit system.

This is the largest room and has separate bedroom, study and bathroom with bath. Please see the floor plan in the images.

I'm looking for mature, tidy, and sensible lodgers of any age. Ideal candidates must be prepared to clean up after themselves and live harmoniously with others. Please note that smoking and drugs are not permitted in the house. Guests are welcome, though parties are generally not allowed (at the landlord's discretion). Partners may stay a few nights a week (also at the landlord's discretion) but must not live here full-time. There is one double room available (room5), which can be let to a couple. Rooms are listed in order on the pricing on the addroom1 being first ect. When rooms are let I will make them as so on the add.
