A great DE1 location, on the edge of the city centre, this home is a stone throw from Aldi, with direct buses to the hospital and easy walks to the bus and train stations. The shared spaces are roomy and welcoming, with a fully equipped kitchen diner, washing machine, tumble dryer, and both front and back gardens to enjoy. All bills are included—high-speed Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, water, council tax, plus routine cleaning of shared areas—and on-street parking is available via the council permit system..
**Housemates & Lifestyle**
I’m looking for a mature (any age), tidy, and respectful housemate who values a clean, easy-going home where everyone feels comfortable. Good communication and respect for shared spaces are important here. Both students and professionals are welcome. It’s a peaceful place - not a party house - but friends can drop by, and partners are welcome to stay a few nights a week (with my okay). Smoking’s fine, as long as it’s outside. If anything needs fixing, I’m quick to sort it, but I also give everyone their own space. We keep things relaxed but friendly, with the occasional get-together or games night around once month.
