I am Looking for a tenant that is happy to move in on a Monday-Friday basis.
I own the flat but have recently moved up to Manchester for work, so you would have sole access to the flat during the midweek. I am still hoping to come back to Derby on some weekends to visit friends and family though. The flat has two bedrooms, one of which would be solely for your use. The other would be for me at the weekends.
Top floor flat. Fully furnished. Most bills would be covered (council tax, internet, Netflix, Amazon prime, Apple TV) but water and electric bills will be split 50:50.
