One double room available in a 4 bedroom house

Hello I’m looking for someone who will replace my tenancy as I’m moving out of Derby city . The tenancy will run from the 30th of June 2025 until the 30th of May 2026. The place is known as Brookside and is a private accomodation for mainly students. It’s close to other school accommodations making it easier to be close to friends or class mates . It’s also located opposite the bus station where all uni buses pass and other busses to and from the city center so no need to walk for more than a minute to the bus station as it’s very close . There’s a gas station also that’s opposite the building fence and an Asda store with daily necessities. The flats are protected with a fence and an open gate , including cameras so security is very high. You will have 3 other flatmates that you share the kitchen and bathroom with . Your room will be very spacious and you’ll have a double bed . You’ll also have your own big wardrobe, a desk and your own chair . All bills are inclusive , including broadband . Management is good and any concerns or issues you’ll find the manager in the office that’s at the front of the building to assist . The kitchen has a big fridge including deep freezer for all your food . It also has many cupboards that are enough for each tenant . It has a kitchen table and chairs . There’s a kettle and microwave too . The dining has sofas , a table and a tv . Communal cleaners come every month to deep clean all communal areas . The property will be cleaned before you move in to save you the hustle . As I was leaving here the past year , the rent will not be increased for you and will remain the same .
