Room in shelton lock, derby

Im a single gay guy livig just outside Derby. I have a small dog!! I live in a bungalow so might suit a disabled person, depending on suitability!!
The house is in relatively good order, clean and tidy. I only have the one bathroom, two separate driveways and a garage. I have a small garden. The house itself is relatively spacious and is in a relatively nice and quite neighbourhood. I am disabled myself and like a quite life. I have a choice of rooms available. A small single and a good size double. The bungalow is a dormer bungalow and there are a couple of rooms upstairs that might be of use as a office or just spare space.
