ROOM 5

This is an upstairs, mid-sized double bedroom, located in the centre of the house which shares a bathroom (only with one other tenant in the next door room). Matching stylish furniture which includes a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside night stand provide ample storage and the three quarter size double bed allows for additional storage under. A 1200mm wide desk with office chair, large cork board and ethernet point completes the study area. The room has two locking uVPC double glazed windows both with an integral fire escape opener and in addition it includes a wall mounted 40" smart TV. This is a great space for somebody who wants a lovely bright room and is happy to share the bathroom with only one other house mate to benefit from a more modest monthly rent – the shared bathroom is stunning !

MOVING IN INFORMATION

Everything is provided for a really great shared living experience - that's a combination of a generous private bedroom space with study area along with superb communal cooking, dining & laundry facilities.
All you need to provide is bedding, your own crockery & cutlery (we do have ready made packs available for you to purchase on arrival if required) and of course your personal items.
Food shopping is available from as near as 200M away and larger supermarkets are about a 10 minute walk away.
Once we've given you an induction tour you will get the door PIN codes so you can come and go as you please 24/7. We use a WhatsApp group for general communication but are always on hand to address any day to day living issues (or anything else) that may arise.
You will also receive a personalised welcome pack the day you move in - happy days !

**Note that for short stay lets, eg less than 6 months duration are subject to availability and will be require a deposit amount equal to a full months rent in advance (in place of the standard £100 amount) along with the first months rent on arrival.
