Modern Studio - Fully Furnished, Bills Included

Hi, I am moving out of this studio so looking for someone to take over the tenancy. This studio comes fully furnished, all bills are included and it is in a great location. It comes with a smart TV and has pretty good speed WiFi if you have work from home.

Aldi/Lidl both less than 5 minutes walk, right next to city centre and also very close to the gym group and puregym. This whole house has also been recently refurbished before I moved in so everything works well and is in good condition. The train station and bus station are also only a 15 minute walk from this house. There is also good connections with various bus stops heading in different directions all within a 2-3 minute walk.

The bills include, gas, electric, water, WiFi and council tax. It is open for both students and professionals.

The room also came with a kettle, toaster, fridge, oven, 2x electric hob, some cutlery, cups, mattress + bedding, desk, mirror, built in wardrobe, en-suite, bedside table and lamp. Also has chest of drawers and smart TV. It is quite a spacious room, with a double bed, quite a big window for natural light, and plenty of space to move around. I know the photos aren’t the best, but I have videos which I can send if you would like.

There is a common room which has two washing machines and two dryers for the whole property (no extra cost to use this). This room also has a big shared kitchen and tv if you want to use it.

There are 6 rooms in total in this house, all filled with a mix of professionals and students - all very nice, chill, clean and quiet. There is also a covered driveway and bike stand in front of the entrance.

The rent is £700 per month and for the deposit there were two options you can pick from, either 5 weeks rent (£807.69) or there is also a zero deposit option.
