The house is on Peet Street which offers free on street parking, it's off Uttoxeter New Road, half way between the Rowditch and the City centre, ideal if you work in the City or the Royal Derby Hospital.

The property has all the basic house amenities you require such as utensils, washing machine, dryer and TV loaded with movies. 63 Peet Street is ideal for young professionals who want a close proximity to the city centre while renting in a property that addresses all your needs.
