**Total of £500/week for the entire unit including x2 double bedrooms, full bathroom, work station and a kitchenette/dining area**

Up to 4 adult guests but we only take 1 booking for the entire unit at time.

Super fast Wi-Fi, desk table, office chair.

Sliding glass doors/Blackout curtains/Sheer curtains and a Smart-TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc in each bedroom.

Alexa device (on top of the fridge)

Own control of temperature (x3 wall mounted radiators & x1 modern air-con split unit)

Monday to Saturday(checkout up to 2:00pm).
Ideal for adults travelling for work
or
Students while waiting for long term accommodation keys.
Minimum booking: 1 week.

NO PARTY ALLOWED. We expect our guests to please respect the neighbours' rest after 10:00-evening. This is a very quiet residential street.

Full bedding and x4 sets of towels changed after every booking.

Shower gel, toilet rolls, hand-wash, hand-cream, toothpaste and a hairdryer available as per courtesy.

Per each weekly booking you'll find:
- 1 medium bottle of fresh milk
- 1 loaf of bread
- Buttery spread, jam
- 4 x500ml bottles of still water
- Squash
- Instant coffee/decaff, tea bags, sugar/sweetness
- Gravy granules, vinager, salt, pepper, sauces various.

Kitchenette/dining area has:
A table with 4 seats, full fridge-freezer, microwave, sandwich maker, kettle and 4 slice toaster, x2 burners induction hob, cutlery, full kitchenware including wine glasses.

Iron + ironing board.

This is a very private and fully insulated guesthouse with its separate entrance in a peaceful environment.

In our property, you'll enjoy of full privacy and at the same time will be able to get any support needed just a few steps from your door.

Smoke alarms in each bedroom and in the kitchenette, also an All-Fires extinguisher and a fire blanket available.

No smoke/vape indoors please but there are x2 garden smoking area with seats and ashtrays available.

£500/week for the entire unit (2 double bedrooms).

There is just a £50 symbolic deposit which will be returned on checkout, just please as well gesture leave the place in a decent condition, no hard stains on bedding/towels or walls, especially if you wish to be welcome back in the future (:
