Huge room (20m2) (XL Classic) with ensuite in private student accommodation block. Sharing enormous kitchen with 8 others in the flat. Sofas and TV in the kitchen for when you want to be sociable. Communal lounge/TV area, study area, gym, laundry, pool table, table football, bike storage. Central location in Derby (The Croft, Cathedral Road), on UniBus bus route to Derby University. City centre within 5/10 min walk. I’m only leaving this room because I’m having to take time out of my course due to illness.

£175 per week. Can choose contract ending in June or contract ending in August. Options to stay through summer and into following academic year
