The room is available for one occupant (no couples). No pets allowed. We are unable to move on the rent price.

Room furniture might be different from the pictures since I don't have updated pictures since having a new bed and mattress in one of the rooms and the desks and chairs in the rooms can get swapped out with some spare furniture in the basement depending on preference.
