Myself and 3 friends are going to rent a 4 bedroom house but one of them has to leave the country.
We need to move by 11th of March, all rooms are double and the house has 2 bathrooms(1 just toilet and sink).
375£ per month each with the bills is a rough estimate of how much it would cost, it is about 15-20 min walking to city centre.
I am looking for a replacement, as the house looks quite nice.
