Bright daylight double room in cosy terrace house

Hello there,

I am looking for a friendly, clean & considerate person to share my home. It's a small terrace house, which is old and a bit 'shabby chic'.

The room is a medium DOUBLE, which is located downstairs at the front of the property. It enjoys bright morning sunlight and would most ideally suit quiet final year student or single professional.

Room is located on then ground floor but is private as it has 2 doors separating it from the lounge. Through this small walkway is a walk -through lounge, small galley kitchen & bathroom. I have the basic conveniences (washing machine, microwave, gas cooker, fridge freezer) which are old but all working. I've tried to make the room self contained so there is minimal sharing (iron/ironing board, wash rack) plus there is the advantage of your own entry access :0)

PLEASE NOTE: I don't have a TV, so iplayer is the norm, but if you want a TV then you would need to purchase a licence.

Gas central heating and high speed broadband.

Location: It is a short walk (10-15mins) into Derby town centre and there are several takeway shops nearby.
