The rooms are all double and well maintained and equipped with double beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror, desk and desk chair. Student /professional would be delighted with this properties facilities and position. Resident parking permit available for street parking around £25 per year. Good access for those working in the the main city centre area and university.
