I have a lovely, very large double bedroom available now, it has recently been fully re-decorated and re-carpeted in neutral colours, and comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws.

You will be sharing the house with 2 males, they are "normal", friendly, professionals and in their 20's and early 30's. We are looking for professional working housemates, or those on a paid work experience from their studies.

The house is in a nice area DE22 3HB, its only a 10 minute walk from the city centre, has excellent road links to the A38, A50 and M1, the main Rolls Royce site is a 5 minute commute away and its also only a 30 minute walk to the Royal Derby Hospital. The nearest bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. There is free on street parking outside the house. No permit is required and there is always a space outside.

Virgin Media is connected with the use of unlimited fast wireless broadband connection. There are the usual kitchen appliances including a tumble dryer, washing machine, with a reasonable sized garden with barbecue and garden furniture.

Please note that this is a no smoking house, but there is a sheltered area outside to smoke in if you are a smoker/vaper.
