The house is ideally located close to Derby Royal Hospital and walking distance to the city centre.

We are looking for social and friendly tenants who get on well but also like the benefit of their own living space.

The house features a large communal kitchen, with washing machine, 2 large fridge freezers, cooker, microwave, plenty of cupboards, etc...

It has great transport links, frequent bus services, under 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Derby Royal Hospital is a short (15min) walk away too (or 4-minute bus ride).
