Double room with own bathroom

We have a nice large double room available to rent in a modern townhouse, near Pride Park.

The room is a quiet double room on the top floor of the house, which has sole use of the main bathroom. It can come part or fully furnished. On arrival, there will be wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is the option of bringing your own bed, or taking the double bed in the spare room.

Rent includes council tax, phone, terrestrial TV and internet. Just utility bills are shared amongst housemates. There is plenty of room for parking cars with easy on and off-road parking. The garden is south-west facing, perfect for catching some late afternoon summer sunshine!

Currently three friendly female professionals live in the house (late 20s, early 30s), with varied interests from travelling, playing piano and violin, to cycling! We are looking for more likeminded housemates who want to contribute to the friendly house atmosphere. The house is kept clean and tidy, therefore future housemates should be happy to share in the house chores. (Sorry, the room is not available to couples.)
