Relaxed and spacious house near the city centre

House share room available in a spacious house. Large fully furnished room on the rear side of the house.

We have just installed a new second bathroom downstairs complete with shower and toilet to ensure there are no queues in the morning.

The house has plenty of space to relax and feel at home with a large front room downstairs, a lounge upstairs, and a long kitchen facing the garden.

Central heating is effective, and the kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, microwave and a cooker. The kitchen also has some communal pans and crockery, reducing the need for many individual sets.

The carpeted garden facing bedroom is at the back of the house, is double sized and has a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

We're ideally looking for an employed and tidy person though a third year student, trainee would also work well. We've had Rolls Royce placement students in the past who have enjoyed their stay and found it easy to cycle into work. We currently have two professionals living in the house, all easy to get along with. We only ever go to four people maximum in the house.

Wireless broadband and all bills included within cost of £375 per month. Feel free to visit the house and meet the occupants. (This covers over £100 of bills per room which you would have to pay elsewhere...so perhaps view this as £275 for the room, and £100 for bills).
