I am currently looking for a someone who will be happy to share my two bedroom house. The house is located in a very popular area of Derby within a walking distance of city center and Derby University .I am currently living in the property and also have a indoor cat. He is very friendly and loving pet so I am sure you will get along :)
The spare room is part furnished and includes bed and draws, it has a double glazed window and its located on the top floor with easy access to the bathroom. In the price is included internet, gas, electricity, TV license and council tax bills.
The lounge ad kitchen area are shared.
