We have one large double attic room available within a spacious terrace town house. Our house is located in the five lamps area; it is a 5-10 minute walk to the city centre and a 20 minute walk to the University. This house is perfect for those wanting convenience to these central locations.

The property consists of: a furnished living room; dining room; kitchen; garden and garden bar/summerhouse. Providing plenty of communal space for all lodgers.

The attic room has a private toilet. There is a shared bathroom on the middle floor for the lodger's use too (rarely used by us, as we have an ensuite).

The property is fully furnished with items such as: washing machine; 2 fridge freezers; oven; microwave; kettle; toaster; communal television and bedroom furnishings.

TV, internet and other utility bills are included in the rent.

We have a ten month old golden retriever who is very friendly and the best housemate.

Lastly, we are hardworking professionals that are very polite and friendly- looking for like minded people. We always work hard to respect each other's privacy and respect the house/other lodgers.
