Huge double room in lovely flat to share

Having to move out of my amazing flat so looking for someone to take my place with my flatmate.

2 double bed lovely flat on City Point near Pride Park. Usually me and my flatmate spend some time hanging out with in the evenings, either watching silly TV or going out for a drink or two, so looking for someone who enjoys similar. She also works away a fair amount so sometimes you will have the flat all to yourself.
The room is absolutely huge with windows either side and there is a big shower room and lots of living space. Furniture is mine and can stay with the flat, all only bought about a year ago including brand new super comfy beds.
It's a coachouse so private entrance and no one above or below, and there is also a garage and parking.
Rent is £625 a month plus bills and I have worked out that it is about £400 a month each - maybe £425 in winter if we have the heating on all the time!!
