Sunday to Friday let

Hi, we have a double room to rent from Sunday night to Friday morning in our family home. There is my husband and myself and our small but friendly dog. This room would suit a professional person who comes to work in derby. We are easy to get along with family. The price of the room includes use of the family room and broadband, share Bathroom/ plus an extra toilet downstairs. Use of the kitchen for light meal preparation and hot drinks. We have parking off-road in the cul-de-sac and at the front of the property and the use of a small garden. Room fully furnished / TV.
