Lovely homely rooms, gorgeous period house, off Kedleston Road

The house was recently redecorated.
This Victorian house with original features, is in one of the most desirable parts of Derby with excellent access to town, either by walking or bus. There is a convenience store at the end of the road and the city’s best parks, with amazing annual free firework displays, are within a few minutes’ walk.

Original features include ceiling roses and hallway arch, but, above all, it’s a home with all mod-cons. It’s a home to a group of working people, and if you’re a hard-working professional, who considers themselves to be reliable, clean and honest, you don’t want to live in some random shared-house that you don’t really want to go home to, you they kind of person we want to live here… this house could be a home for you too.

It is about a 15 minute walk into Derby or a few minutes on the main bus route. The bus stops just metres away have routes into the city, but also direct to the Train station. It’s just a few hundred metres away from the main University campus.

The house is part of the SixStreets community, so the neighbourhood has a village-like feel and activities, even though we’re in the such close proximity to the city.

Markeaton and Darley Park with all it amenities are on the door step.
