Draycott Double Room in Industrial Style Apartment

Professional lecturer and filmmaker looking for a MONDAY-FRIDAY or FULL TIME room mate to share her beautiful industrial/warehouse style apartment. Mon-Fri is preferable.

Anyone considering FULL TIME would also have to pay half of the electricity bill (electric only building). All other bills included.

MON-FRI all bills are inclusive.

Apartment in beautiful old Victorian lace mill converted into several apartments. On ground floor which makes use of high ceilings and plenty of light. Some car parking available in secure car park, and also on street parking as well. Quiet and feels very secure.

Looking for a professional to rent a double room with its own bathroom. Apartment has very tall ceilings, brick walls and nearly floor to ceiling windows. Huge living/dining room with large kitchen. Bedroom is furnished with metal bed and some new furniture, but can move everything around and add to it if needed. Can supply bedding every week.

Draycott is midway between Derby and Nottingham, and the village has a 24 hour bus service to both cities. The village has shops and pubs, a really nice micro pub with it's own brewery and charity shops. It is close to countryside walks, but still close to city life. Also close to large employers like Rolls Royce, Balfour Beatty, East Midlands Airport, QMC etc.
