We are looking for a full time worker whose in the mid 30s or older to share our house.
You will have use of a good size double bedroom with king-size bed. Built in wardrobes and large set of draws included. Use of living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
The property is on a quiet cul d sac and the bedroom overlooks the back garden.
You'll be sharing with me and partner, we're in our early 50s and also our cat.
If you need to use public transport for work, please check timetables. The train station is about an 8 min walk and buses for Sheffield and Chesterfield go along Snape Hill Lane.
