You will have use of a good size double bedroom with king-size bed. Built in wardrobes and large set of draws and desk included. Use of living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
The property is on a quiet cul d sac and the bedroom overlooks the back garden.
You'll be sharing with me and partner, we're in our 50s and also our cat. Due to our work patterns we tend to be quiet when at home being respectful of other person's rest/sleep.
If you need to use public transport for work, please check timetables. The train station is about an 8 min walk and buses for Sheffield and Chesterfield go along Snape Hill Lane.
Viewings available any evening 6pm to 8pm, Wed 10am to 8pm, Thurs 10am to 12noon.
