This is an unusual flatshare as you would have the house for yourself most of the time.

I'm searching for a like-minded and easy-going flatmate to join me in my spacious stone built cottage style. Located in the very heart of old Dronfield with numerous local amenities within a short stroll including the Civic centre, train station, cafes, restaurants and of course the Peak District is literally on our doorstep. The house has a cute garden and has been recently redecorated. It's a quick 5 minute walk to the station (10 minutes from Sheffield by train) and 2 minutes away from the 44 and 43 buses.

The bedroom is spacious (16 meter square) and comes partly furnished (bed, desk, side table).
