Commutable nature nest & peak district paradise!

Large and comfortable room available in my relaxed, owner-occupied home on a quiet residential street in Hadfield. It’s a peaceful place to live, with the Peaks right on the doorstep if you enjoy getting outdoors, whilst also being very commutable to Manchester, with half hourly direct trains from Hadfield to Piccadilly just round the corner.

I’m relaxed, friendly, respectful and pretty house proud. I work as a character animator for a games studio and I also teach swing dancing and do a bit of dog walking, so there’s a decent chance I’ll come home smiling

I love to cook and have a fairly chilled house, watching movies and occasionally going out for a drink or a gig or having people round. Interests include music, hiking, crafty things and reading.

I’m always up for a chat but equally happy to give people their own space. No surprise midweek raves - I value my sleep (and my job!) - though I do enjoy the occasional garden party :)

I’m also slightly obsessed with the area (in the best way), always discovering new walks, swim spots and food finds.
