Double bedroom in 4 bed home

Large 4 bed semi-detached home. My two children stay with me every other weekend and holidays otherwise you would be just sharing with myself and I am at work most of the time anyway.

My home is decorated to a high standard and is clean and tidy and I would expect someone to respect this and also be very clean and tidy too.

The room I want to let is a double bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes and single bed, its not overlooked at the rear, with lovely views.

There is plenty of, off road parking and I do have a garage as well, my home has a good sized kitchen with plenty of space.

There is a separate dinning room and conservatory and back garden with plenty of space to relax in the summer.

The living room is also a good size and spacious.

Due to having children I would only want to rent to a female who is a non smoker and is clean, tidy and respectful of my home.

You would have full access to all of the facilities in my home such as washing machine, tumble dryer,, dishwasher etc and the price includes all bills e. g. Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, etc
