Double room in nice modern flat

Comfortable double room in a nice, modern flat in a small estate. The flat is on the 1st floor.

The bedroom is not very large, but there is also a cupboard for storage and another area that has a desk a chair and can be used as an office. The bedroom contains a double bed, drawers, a bookcase and an armchair, but does not have a wardrobe. There is enough space to add one, if you have/want one.

Large bathroom, shared with only one flatmate, with jacuzzi style bath and shower. Combi boiler, so there'll always be hot water available.

Nice large living room, with big smart TV (Sky, media center, catch up services, internet), sofas and table.

Well equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. I also have a few other utensils, like a slow cooker, bread maker and food processor that can be used.

Unlimited fibre optic broadband.

Close to shops and good pubs (about 50-100m), quiet area, green in front and to one side, easy access (bus stops nearby), 10-15min walking from both Hadfield or Dinting stations, which are only 30-40min away from Manchester Piccadilly. Very close to the Peak District (one of the trails starts near Hadfield station).

I am a very easy going person, like to watch films/tv series, photography, riding my bicycle, walks, cooking. The other flatmate enjoys films/tv series and running.

I don't mind smokers, as long as it is outside.

Although there are 2 off the street parking spaces, they are being used at the moment. There are plenty of free all day parking spaces on the street. It is ok to park inside for short periods or to unload, or if one of the cars using the spots is away.
