We have two rooms coming up in our central Glossop house share It's a spacious and stylish Victorian home just 5 mins walk to the railway station and high street shops. Both rooms are fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The much larger room overlooks the park at the front of the house and has a dual aspect. The smaller room is still a good sized double at the rear of the house.

The house is warm & comfy and all set up to a very high standard, with a monthly clean of the communal areas included at no extra cost. The large communal living room has leather sofas and a smart TV with a subscription to Netflix also available to all sharers individually. Fully equipped kitchen diner with fridge and fridge/freezer, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower cubicles, laundry room in the basement with washing machine, tumble dryer and frost free deep freeze.

Super fast and reliable BT Fibre Broadband and Freeview TV feed in all rooms. There are maintained gardens with off road parking for two cars plus good street parking.

Local shops, pubs and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away and the train service from Glossop to Manchester Piccadilly runs every half hour and takes just 35 minutes.
