I am renting a lovely stone cottage on the Dale in Hathersage a few minutes from Stanage. I have a spare room I am looking to rent on a 12 month contract. This is a perfect location for someone who loves climbing, waliking and the outdoors. I am looking to share the rent so it will be 700 / month plus bills. I am only in the cottage for half the year so you will have the place for yourself a lot of the time and I am happy to pay the rent and bills when I am not there. Currently the room only has a small futon not the large bed that is in the picture so you may want to consider organising a bed.
