Cooking is a passion of mine and as such we often cook and share meals together.

A deposit if £300 is taken but this can be paid weekly or monthly with rent.

Alexa speakers throughout and auto scheduled central heating.
On street parking when available.
Kitchen has a double wok hob, hot/cold water filter machine, all modern appliances and plenty of storage, each lodger has own fridge and freezer space.
Bathroom is newly refurbished with double rainfall shower.
Use of large TV lounge with BBC, ITV, CH4, CH5, Netflix, Disney, Prime and Paramount included.
Bedroom is furnished with new wardrobe, carpet and newly decorated.
Current household is myself 54 and one lodger who is 50.
We both work Nights.
