2 spare spacious double rooms

Hi. I'm a 47-year-old woman, who owns a 4-bedroom house in Heanor, located in a tranquil and peaceful area close to major cities such as Nottingham and Derby, with a commute of about 20 minutes. The house is situated right next to the beautiful Shipley Country Park and a bus stop for Derby, Nottingham, and Ilkeston.

I have 2 spare spacious double rooms available, which have recently been renovated and can be furnished or unfurnished according to your preference. These rooms are located either on the first floor or the ground floor, depending on your choice.

Currently, the house is occupied by one person only during weekends. However, starting in September, I will be living here with my 11-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son. Therefore, I am happy to offer these spare rooms specifically to women or a woman with a child. I don't mind if you want to move in with a dog or cat :-)
